I love city life. Lived in the heart of Buenos Aires for 3 years, currently in Miami, stationed in DC and Honolulu.
There are lots of pros and cons, but the Midwest dreary arse scenes seem to have all of the cons with very few culturally positive pros.
Sorry, if the SEC wants an OH school, it certainly shouldn't be Cincy.
I can't even imagine your justification that makes you think adding UC would give the SEC that Market you highlighted.
