It isn't know what Arky gets, but an Arky writer said their nike deal would provide Arky more product than cash in a test-like contract with the university.

So Arky is basically on a probationary period with Nike. Figures.

Their next deal will be a $100 gift card to Academy if they don't start actually winning football games

So, Arky fans, explain this to me then. You have Nike, yet your uniforms still look like dog shite. What gives?

Any State fan still complaining about having Adidas is one ignorant frick. Our football unis looked fine last year, and baseball and basketball fine, also.

I hate adidas, but it's not as much about our football uni's as EVERYTHING ELSE.

Under Armor is great... Except for the cleats, which is maybe the most important piece of the uniform or equipment when you're actually playing.

Their football cleats have been god awful and caused several problems with slipping and bad grip and whatnot.
But they recognize there is a problem and are working to fix it. Under Armor is a isn't that old of clothing a company and until recently didn't focus much on their footwear, whereas Nike got started as a shoe company.

Thanks

In general, maybe, but I think they're been good with A&M for the most part.

Great Looks
All Black

Hydro Helmet

'39s

Okay Look

Gray

Terrible!!!!!!!

Icy Whites

I loved the helmet, but this is the worst A&M uni of all time.

It was not Adidas idea to keep the new uniforms. They were just supposed to be for 1 game, but the fans loved them so much they kept wearing them.

Adidas actually does basketball okay so I'm fine there but baseball? Have you forgotten about the "frick TSUN" jersey or the terrible astro jerseys? Our traditional jerseys are great, but of course Adidas tries their hardest to frick it up.

I'll continue complaining until Adidas stops with all the gimmick bull shite. Special uniforms aren't special if you do it two or three times a year. Even our new football unis have the horrible tramp stamp on the pants that make them look like softball pants.

I thought the grays looked like a dr pepper 10 can. The icy whites need to be forever forsaken. All the others I like.

Then whose are worse? USC used to be awful but Under Armour recently cleaned them up.

Auburn's colors make any uniform look good. Their football unis are classic. I don't care for the basketball unis.

Just fricking stop now. No one else wanted to touch Ben Howland for almost 2 full years.

Obviously getting kids to come to Los Angeles is exactly the same as getting them to come to Starkville. I don't foresee any issues.

You seem kinda immature.
Texas A&M University made the business decision to transition from Nike to Adidas.
And when the contract expires, it will be reviewed, and once again, the university will go with whichever company offers the best options for our university.
I don't understand the "poor SEC bastards" characterization?

I think it is just something to kill time until football starts. I wonder what will happen on this board when A & M beats Arkansas in September.
