So we're counting the WNBA as a major draft now?

The stakes - and talent level - are higher dividing up teams at the local rec center

Besides Daddy LSU, of course, how many other programs have 3 national titles in 2 different major sports in the 21st century?

Florida has all 3...

This is ACTUALLY FALSE!!
UCLA has multiple #1 overalls in both the NBA and MLS ( it is obviously more Major than the WNBA, the Galaxy is worth more than the ENTIRE WNBA ); and Troy Aikman went #1 in the NFL and Gerit Cole in MLB.

First off, if you’re really going to include wnba, lsu has had this for a while. They’ve already had a #1 draft pick in mlb. Ben McDonald in 89.
Secondly,
at wnba being a major sport.
Secondly,

LSU is the only school with 2 or more #1 pick in all three major mens drafts: 3 in football, 2 basketball, and now 2 baseball
Also, a weird bit of trivia:
Joe Burrow transfers in, wins Heisman, National Championship, MVP in the game, is 1st pick in the draft
Paul Skenes transfers in, wins Dick Howser Award, National Championship, MVP in CWS, is 1st pick in the draft.
Not sure if any other school has a pair of transfers who made that type of impact, especially recently.

Hmm, the WNBA is a major draft compared to the NHL?
They haven't got the recipe for ice in Louisiana, so NHL is not important.

I love this, but can we please stop calling WNBA a major sport?

The including of the wnba is funny.
It’s a weird push to include it in everything now

LSU fans just downvoting with no rebuttals to half the comments is cracking me up.

The fragility of the LSU psyche is incredible.
They have longstanding, bonafide success in the sports that count (and those that don’t).
Yet despite all this success, they now want to pretend the WNBA is a “major sport,” simply so they can add another “accolade” to their tally?
What percentage of Tiger fans have ever watched a WNBA game? It’s probably less than 2%.
