Then why do so many former Ohioans move to Kentucky? Why do they come to our state parks? Why is there an "Ohio Navy" on Lake Cumberland? Look I know there are many good people in Ohio. Too bad you aren't one of them.

The South has a much better climate, better cities (Dallas, Miami, Charleston, Atlanta, Palm Beach, Nashville, etc., etc.), more attractive women, better politics, lower taxes, lower cost of living, better scenery, some of the best higher education in the country, better people, better food, and consistently ranks as "happier" than the North. This is why so many Northerners are escaping their Hells to move to Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, etc.
Cincinnati (and Ohio in general) is objectively one of the worst places to live in the U.S. Cold climate, unattractive women, poor economy, no cultural allures, hours from any coast, dull scenery, uneducated people, etc.
Edit: This Cincinnati yokel seems to be using Northern Kentucky as his only frame of reference. Come down to Palm Beach and we'll laugh at your redneck Ohio arse. Poor piece of shite.

I was born in Boston and raised in the suburbs. I went to Grad School in Chicago. I was an undergrad in Charlottesville, VA and have lived in Lexington, KY for the last decade. I’ll take the south any day of the week over the north. And it’s not really close.
