Saw lots of Florida folk wandering around downtown Auburn today. Somewhat shocking is their lack of understanding what a rivalry it was and will be again this weekend. They seem just happy to be here. Good luck. Us geriatrics never forgot and we’re going to bring it. War Damn.

How about show some hospitality? It's a football game, not a rumble.

You sound like the lifelong Florida fan I met near the Hound who had never been to town before. He thought AuburnTennessee was a bigger rivalry.

I'm sure it used to be a big rivalry but not for anyone born after 1990.

Fair enough. But we had one of the most bitter rivalries from pretty much the beginning of your program. We really liked beating Florida. That doesn’t fade. WDE.

Auburn fans hate every other school. It’s really sad.

Auburn needs this win in such a bad way. I think the crowd is going to be absolutely fire tomorrow. Atmosphere will be electric.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Auburn jump out to a three score lead early on sheer momentum alone

Both teams need this win.

This is like making two bums fight for a turkey sandwich

Many UF fans miss and respect this rivalry. SEC dropped the ball.

'93 and '94 still sting when were #1 in the country and were huge faves.
Losing by 3pts both games after about 10 ints thrown by the QBs.
Classic games.

Wasn't the game in 94 the first Spurrier loss at the swamp?

the only folks that think of this as a rivalry are those over 40+.

this is just another SEC game to me. with where the two of our schools have been the past 2 decades, it's a mid-tier game at best.

"this saturday night, two retards battle it out for bragging rights that don't mean a damn thing."

Yeah and he didn’t lose again until that Shaun Alexander Bama team in 99.

Watched it happen live and it was so shocking. Florida was invincible in the swamp.

Made doubly shocking that this Bama team had lost to La Tech weeks prior.
