Made doubly shocking that this Bama team had lost to La Tech weeks prior.
That muffed punt by UF WR Darrell Jackson and S.Alexander is what I remember most from that game.

I’m well beyond that & had no idea this was anything other than another SEC game to either program.
Would love to see meaningful rivalry games between AU & Florida. Both sides deserve it
