After another long delay, Gators- KY will start 8:15.
I like Baseball World Series and Softball World Series, but if we’re going to pick nits, neither is a “World” series - any more than MLB’s.
Hmmmm. Our Lacrosse team plays in the Big 12.
The pilot was the owner of the plane and made this flight its “last hurrah” before he donated it to the Smithsonian. He was permitted to fly it to Dulles Airport and hand it over to the Smithsonian later that month.

Congrats to Mr. Fay on his no-hitter. Heck of a job!
Announced on March 9, 2026, Chinyelu became only the second player in conference history to win both the Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year awards in the same season, joining former Gator Patric Young (2014). A sociology major with a 3.48 GPA, Chinyelu also led the SEC in rebounding during the regular season with 11.7 per game.
Seriously?

Mike (Mouse) Holloway: 14 national championships in Track & Field and still going strong.
Hey, Bama. How about posting your 2026 roster on line?
Easy fix. Hand out the free stuff as you exit when the game is over.

Gators 53-27 at the half.

Don’t think Dartmouth’s hack-a-gator strategy is going work. 14 fouls in 1st half. :dope:
Just don’t let him near the opposing team’s players.
Florida is reporting he’ll coach Tulane for the conference championship game and playoffs if they get in.

Class all around.
Of course it was Jeff Head who blew the call.
Here's the entire Bull Durham Annie Savoy soliloquy, which may or may not help explain why some of us just love baseball:

"I believe in the Church of Baseball. I've tried all the major religions and most of the minor ones. I've worshipped Buddha, Allah, Brahma, Vishnu, Siva, trees, mushrooms, and Isadora Duncan. I know things. For instance, there are 108 beads in a Catholic rosary and there are 108 stitches in a baseball. When I learned that, I gave Jesus a chance. But it just didn't work out between us. The Lord laid too much guilt on me. I prefer metaphysics to theology.

I've tried them all, I really have. And the only church that truly feeds the soul day in, day out, is the Church of Baseball.

Walt Whitman once said, "I see great things in baseball. It's our game, the American game. It will repair our losses and be a blessing to us."

OU already wrapped up the 1 seed so not much to play for.

Sad, sad excuse.
