Not making it easy on the committee.

Bama had the strongest RPI and was considered already in, which I agree with.

Vandy and USCe were considered the weakest by many, and they won.

LSU has to be safe at this point.

That leaves Florida. Their SOS is #1, but they are done at 28-27 overall. I vote these MFers off the island.

Are they? If they go 1-2 in the tournament does that help them or hurt them?

I think they need to win at least one more game to feel comfortable.

There are no guarantees, but D1 baseball had us in before the game was played today. Our RPI is now up from 30 to 25, and will increase after we play UK.

Florida is the most vulnerable of the five, but D1 didn’t even have any of the five in their last four in. Thats not necessarily gospel, but it’s a pretty good indication that Floridas chief concern should be how many bid stealers there are.

Florida is probably out, but it is refreshing to see the haters come out. Y'all been hibernating this season.

I'm never hibernating. My Florida hate takes no days off.

That said, I appreciate your daily baseball threads.

Well the rules change every year. Didn't we miss with RPI of 24 once. Might of been when only 8 made the SEC tourney.
If we make it, enjoy the late games in Corvallis

no florida hate here, but early on it was comical how the losses were stacking, yet the ranking didnt reflect.

'24 gators will now be the new example of how midweek games are not meaningless.

VandyBoys are 3-1 against Florida and won the series at LSU. We got swept by South Carolina. I feel like we will get in.

why would USC be considered the weakest? I think we were above UF, LSU, and Vandy prior to yesterday.

Against the teams you mentioned we were 6-3. Sweeping Vandy, Taking 2 from UF, and going 1-2 vs Bama. Now that we won yesterday we were even or better with every team we played on that list. At this point we are safely in, but we were in even with a loss yesterday

I am curious what 15 wins gets you? Now that both LSU,Vandy, SC have a chance at that.
