The SEC isn't the conference it used to be. You're making a mid-2000s argument

You could argue anything. We know by Georgia getting blown out by LSU and losing to Bama that they’re not the best team. That’s all we need to know about them to leave them out.

How is it a mid-2000s argument when Clemson barely beat A&M and Notre Dame barely beat Vandy this season? The SEC is still the best conference.

hmmm...how did they get it wrong last year? I'd love to hear your rational, well thought out points.

Are you really going to argue Oklahoma’s defense isn’t trash?

You inbreds say the same thing every year. OU put over 500 yards on the best defense the sec had to offer last year and was ONE play away from winning. They also destroyed a top tier auburn defense the year before that. Every year the same thing are said and every year OU runs up and down the field on y’all. OU played a better schedule than Clemson this year and nobody is bashing Clemson.

All the arguments being made is why choosing the best teams is an idiotic criteria. Nobody knows who the best teams are...even after games are over the team that wins isn't always the best team.

The criteria should be 4 most deserving teams and it would be nice if the nature by which that was decided was a bit more transparent.

OSU over Bama. Don’t win your conference. Don’t get in the playoff.

You act like it’s a hard argument to make.

Georgia should’ve been in over Oklahoma if it’s truly the four best teams in the country.

Georgia received a beat down by LSU by 20! Then had a great opportunity to prove they belonged, and they couldn't.

Georgia has two losses and couldn't win their own conference. They don't belong, period.

They aren’t in one. Which is why they pretty much have to go undefeated to get in

They don’t really get a second chance.

If you’re in a conference and don’t win it, I don’t see how any one can argue they deserve to be National Championship. It goes against the very reason to have conferences.

If Notre Dame had lost to anybody I would’ve put OSU in.

OU doesn't belong, but I guess they earned the right to get their shite pushed in. Politics and all

why don't you speak clearly instead of gibberish. You claimed the committee was wrong last year, and I want to hear your actual, logic-based answer on why they got it wrong. Still waiting on that.

I think you could easily make the argument that if Oklahoma, Clemson, and Notre Dame plays an SEC schedule they’re in the same situation as Georgia. Especially when two of the three were taken to the wire by A&M and Vandy.

That seems to be the discussion every single year but OU beat Bamas arse the last time they played, beat Auburns arse then was one play from beating UGA and put up 600 yards on their defense.

We sell the story every year that they are weak but they have delivered lately
