I’m sure any LSU fan would agree that they would have loved to pull in Lacy, but Ole Miss broke the bank to retain him and over paying for a RB just isn’t a priority for LSU right now. There’s a kid by the name of Harlem Berry that’ll be running the pill in Baton Rouge next season and is likely to be one of the top backs in the country. Plus they retained Caden Durham (2 year starter) who will add a very complementary 1-2 punch in their backfield.
With that all being said..Lacy is a bonafide stud and will absolutely tear it up next season. He’ll definitely be playing on Sundays soon enough.

The Ole Miss QB coach is Joe Judge and he stayed at Ole Miss. Kiffin took none of the defensive staff and couldn't convince his QB coach or Offensive line coach to follow him. He took less than half the Ole Miss staff.
