It is a sad state at Millsaps. We were close to 1300 students when I attended in the late 80s. One horrible president at Millsaps and Ole Miss providing an outstanding honors program have about closed the school.
Well, it’s probably cause it took you 30 minutes to read that one post. And clearly have not read the majority of the board today.
Dont you realize that Lane Kiffin is probably closer to Sherone Moore than Pete Golding is. lol. He already has the stalking girls and cheating on wife down. The only thing it’s more likely the girl would kick his arse than the other way around.
Actually the LSU coach got an I for Incomplete. He withdrew before the semester was over.
Kiffin does totally deserve Credit for a lot that he did in Oxford but at the same time I don’t think Kiffin was lying when he said he needed Oxford more than it needed him. I think he should be very thankful of where he’s at now as opposed to when he arrived. Ole Miss will do just fine now that he’s gone and he will do great things in Baton Rouge.
Well, we have LSU on our schedule and we don’t have to play ourselves so I’ll accept your statement.

Ole Miss portal narrative wrong

The narrative that Ole Miss replaced 18 of 22 starters in the portal is just wrong. It is true we only had four starters returning but 10 of our 22 starters were on the team last year. Six guys who were already on the team earned starting positions this year. The portal has helped us fill needs and build depth.
Nope. LSU defense couldn’t make the big stop when they had to this year after spending millions. A&M just scored again in a night game in Red Stick.

Amazing job by Frank Wilson

At the end of regular season, only two FBS schools had not scored 26 or more points on another FBS school. Those were UMass and LSU. Frank scored 35 on a ranked team after he had time to put in his offense. If he had just had a good defensive coordinator that could’ve kept Houston under 35 they would’ve won that game. Once again…great effort Frank.
Just bc it is returned doesn’t mean it wasn’t stolen.
Very excited, but expect the game to be much closer than the first time. Tulane could not play as bad again as they did in week four They now have more film on Chambliss and their quarterback has settled down and got more confidence. One of those games you don’t need to let them stick around. Nonetheless I already have my sugar bowl tickets.

He is just going to be head coach. He is going to let his coordinators run the defense. B Brown will be promoted as defensive coordinator, but he will probably have a co-coordinator with him that has not been named yet.

re: LSU will play Texas 3 times next season

Haha. LSU has 8-4 incoming starting with loss in Oxford. Bakers Defense will not adjust to change in offense. Texas Bowl again!!!
Leaving a playoff host team to go coach a seven and five team is the only one I can think of recently.
Teams that can’t stop obsessively posting about Ole Miss:

LSU
Also will mean Lane would be 0-2 against Ole Miss….first loss was a beat down.
With a young quarterback, those extra days of practice would be huge.

Had 2 wins against CFB teams. Only loss one score to 3 at Georgia. AM loss is worse and ND win not as good as Oklahoma and Tulane combined.
Alabama was 48-6 with Golding as defensive coordinator
