Downtown Roswell is the best, I still keep a house there for my returns

Surely they meant Brentwood, TENNESSEE instead here.

Owning property there is not the same as living there, thank God.

Those cookie cutter neighborhoods are starting to blight Blount County recently. As families leave the old farms the land either becomes a 100 home “community neighborhood” or broken into 3-10 acre lots so folks can pretend they live in the country. Hell the street I live on has 3 850 square foot 2 story homes stacked on an acre and a half lot that has a single home on it until 4 months ago.

Only trashy and dumb people live in suburbs now. Which is 100% on brand for metro Atlanta
A huge portion of Baton Rouge suburbs just seceded because they don't want their kids beat up or shot in East Baton Rouge Parish schools. If those people are "trashy", what does that make the people who have put up with that crap in their schools for decades?

Any list that contains anything to do with Atlanta is moronic. Atlantic is simultaneously a hellmouth and a shite hole and I will do pretty much anything to avoid going near it.

They're all trashy.

Maybe 10-20 years ago. Now it's way too overpopulated.

Yep, same trend for years in N Fulton and Gwinnett counties, houses crammed/stacked almost on top of each other, and all of their tiny yards are landscaped with those stinkin' Bradford Pears.

I hope Germantown ,TN never makes any of these stupid lists. We don't need a bunch of Blue state transplants moving here and fricking up our schools and publicly held offices.

There are suburbs of Washington D.C. and St. Louis, MO on this list. That automatically disqualifies it from serious discussion. You should feel bad for starting this thread.

Coppell is next to DFW airport and has a couple of good Mexican places.
It’s like the other countless, upper middle class burbs in Texas. Someone from there must have helped make the list.

Franklin, TN not on that list…… bogus list.

Article actually considered these suburbs best "to move to" because affordability and new jobs were main criteria.
If I already lived in a suburb, those are two of the last things I would want since it means tons of more affordable houses being packed into small lots, tons of new office buildings going up and all the hassle and traffic that comes with those things.
If I lived in the suburbs, I'd much prefer a nice suburb near bottom of this list because it's already established and people aren't moving there in hordes.
