Because of the school system bussing in the ghetto starting in middle school, all the middle class Davidson County Whites “White Flighted” to Williamson, Rutherford, ect counties in order to give their kids a decent education. That mass exodus of White middle/upper class Nashville families in Davidson County has had drastically damaging effects on how Nashville is govern. Back in the 90s Nashville actually had sane, practical and pro business Democrats like Phil Bredesen making things better for the whole city. Instead it is essential that we all understand how Stalin unleashed “economic class” warfare. It just really had NOTHING to do with genociding “others”. This despite indisputable WW2 facts like how tens of millions of Christians and thousands upon thousands of Christian ministers that were systematically gifted an early death from Stalin’s govt.

Yet with the Holocaust in Germany the emphasis is never about the other 4-5 million non-Jewish Germans that were sent to death camps. You will hear a tidbit or factoid about them killing other non-Jewish Germans by the millions every now and then. Yet essentially there is only a singular “other” group you will ever hear about Hitler persecuting in WW2 Germany. Why?

Duality is a thing, you know? Millions of Jews being killed on one side of the equation does not cancel out at least 20 million Christians being systematically slaughtered by our side. Everything about WW2 was Hell on Earth.
This zero sum game we’re playing over which side slaughtered more of their own citizens that were “others” is nuts. Pointing out how that we do not focus and harp on the tens of millions Christian’s systematically slaughtered because of their religious affiliation on our side isn’t an observation rooted in “antisemitism”. Yet we will and must always stay exclusively hyper fixated on ONLY *one* of the many singular groups of millions of “others” genocided by Hitler’s Germany.

Am I in Wonderland already because I’m so far down this “rabbit hole”? Or do you actually understand why people are questioning certain details about how we must all be on the same page of agreement about “the history” of the greatest tragedy in human history without automatically retorting to “well you just love Nazis, neo Nazi!”?

Recognizing what unites our differing cultural and religious backgrounds throughout our shared American history such as the roles we both played throughout American Slavery is what makes us stronger afterall!
