Didn't Drink say it was unfair to the student-athlete?

So, does this mean that Missouri purposely influenced him to do this?

I would think this would be easily tossed. It’s ultimately up to the coach whether or not a player is allowed to join a team if all other eligibility barriers are cleared. No one has to take anybody if they feel like they’re unfit for their roster.

He's gonna lose that suit. Mizzou doesn't have to declare him anything. It's one thing for the conferences to ban the class of 22 (either directly or indirectly by punishing schools), it's a totally different thing for an individual team to say we don't need or want this athlete. Due to competition, cost, etc., the latter happens to every player sooner or later.

Has to be right? No player would ever consider trying to make money and better themselves on their own. It has to be some corrupt coach, twisting his mustache and hatching devious plans, that entice these players.

I'd bury his arse on the depth chart

"any related bylaw, rule, or policy"
Damn, that shite is going to be laughed at. That could be interpreted as damn near anything that would make him ineligible.

That's a lawyer pushing a sucker into more billable hours.

Agreed but when the athlete is somehow associated with LSU it has to be Kiffin behind it.

Same logic doesn’t apply to the 4 players (out of 300+) that LSU has spoken to though?
Weird.

The SEC has everyone in legal hot water.
Trying to bully schools into defying a court order.
LSU is true 100% American and respects the justice system
