I find it extremely uneducated to assume teams who were given playoff spots with significantly inferior schedules deserved it over last year.
This is simple. Does a 10-2 Texas last year get in with everything the same except swapping a Texas osu loss to beating Arizona state (your sad ooc game)? The answer is yes and that's the issue plain and simple.
Cry and scream about Florida or uga but even with those losses Texas still gets in while other teams didn't take the risk and played nobodies in ooc. That's the issue

Yes 2024 our schedule was light but so was Tennessee's in fact they were identical just swap out Georgia for Alabama and yet nobody even talked shite to the Vololols and their non-conference schedule was even worse.
2025 the title of shittiest SEC schedule went to Texas A&M but at least they had the balls to play @Notre Dame in non-conference.
This year Georgia gets the easiest draw and they don't play anyone with a pulse in non-conference at all so why are people not giving them shite?

Why you whining. You get bye week before the highest ranked team on you schedule, Ole Miss. And another before your rival game with aTm. Pretty soft IMO.

I think it’s great what Sark and Texas are doing with the OOC games. It’s lame to see all these other big time programs canceling them because they are afraid to catch a loss.
I was just more referencing the SEC conference schedule. It ebbs and flows and some schools are going to have easy years and some difficult years. You just have to be able to take advantage of those easy years.

Calm down Francis. Mississippi State has consistently played a comparable or more difficult schedule than Texas for years now. Including your first two years in this conference. And the Ohio State game is the only reason it's above Mississippi State's this year.
We lost Leach and was still reeling in 24 when the SEC gifted MSU with one of the most difficult SEC schedules vs Texas' much more favorable one.
You wanted big boy football... you got big boy football. If you wanted to play Kansas, Baylor, Iowa State, Texas Tech, West Virginia, and Kansas State every year, the Big 12 would have liked for you to stay.

Sankey mandated the ninth conference game and made virtually everyone's schedule crazy tough. I hope the CFPC takes that into consideration - there are numerous killer SEC games almost every week, with nothing but crap games in the Big 10 (except for OSU playing Texas).

The SWC was destroyed by rampant cheating and SMU getting the death penalty along with the Ags getting considered for the death penalty. Please explain to me how that was Texas fault?
The Big XII started to disintegrate when *checks notes* Mizzou started talking about wanting to move to the B1G. The B1G expressed interest then Nebraska went and took your spot.
I do love the revisionist history. It isn't our fault Nebraska could never beat us and thus chose to destroy their football program entirely to get away
