Sure, and I would have imagined you recognize a snarky comment that isn't meant to be taken so seriously... but apparently not.

Whats funny is the OP put the information out there but it doesnt mean what everyone in here thinks it means. Even when he's off the sauce Sark's life off the field is such a disaster it still finds a way to creep into the locker room. I can't help but feel bad for the guy, but he makes some ridiculously bad decisions.

Did you see the broad that Tiger Woods threw his family away for?
No but to be fair, that was probably more like 100s of broads, he just got caught with an ugly one

The Texas fans shitting on Sark in this thread and in general lately are absolutely hilarious to me. If you are old enough to operate a computer you should know it can get A LOT worse

ahh yes. The "we should be happy because it could be worse" crowd. What a cowardly approach to texas football that is.
Do we strive to have a championship program or don't we? Because with sark, that ain't happening. Nothing against him personally, he's just not the guy.

You were not far from that caliber last year, and in the current environment it doesn’t take much to get right back there. If there was a legitimate incident that has forced the ADs hand to part ways with him that’s different, but the fans that want him gone for performance based reasons are borderline insane.
Trust me I am not complaining, unless your AD has something big up his sleeve you will almost certainly be setting your program back by doing this if it happens

I completely disagree. We've seen enough data points to see this is who he is. 0-3 last year vs kirby and day with the best team he will probably ever have here. 0-2 this year. This is the team he wanted. He ignored areas of need in the portal. That's on HIM.
It may not matter. sounds like he's leaving. I will admit that texas head coaching searches scare the shite out of me. Wish they'd try a different approach this time.

Reminds me of the quote from Napoleon - "Never interrupt your enemy when they are making a mistake."
Having said that, I think this is merely "attention whoring" by the horns. They're 2025 season is over and they can't stand not being the center of attention.

Regardless of our game we’re playoff bound
Regardless of our game you are liberty bowl bound
And before you say, you’re gonna guarantee, we’re gonna lose, you guaranteed that we were going to lose to South Carolina you guaranteed that we were gonna lose to Missouri and you guaranteed we were gonna lose to LSU
You make that guarantee quite often and you have yet to be correct

Cook and Gibson are the first to come to mind but I know there were a couple others.

Gibson was like 4th or 5th on the depth chart, he was saving a year of eligibility, there is nothing strange about that.
Johntay Cook went off the rails and was heading down a bad path off the field. He would've 100% been starting this year if his priorities were in the right place. Look at what he did at Washington in the 48 hours he was part of their program...that wasn't a Texas issue.

This is reminiscent of Ohio State’s fans reacting a couple years ago to Ryan Day not being able to beat Michigan. But, some of the other concerns about Sark not doing justice to the portal in the off season and his defensive press conference comments are more concerning. Not sure what to make of the innuendo from others concerning his personal life. As an objective Aggie fan ??, I honestly do think that forcing Sark out with so many coaching positions open would be a mistake. Maybe, my memories of the Charlie Strong and Tom Herman years are still too fresh. And, it could well be that the rails have already been greased for a new hire. We shall see!

If I know one thing about CDC, it’s that he will have someone in the works the day sark announces he’s leaving

Anyone who fires a coach after a 9-3 or 8-4 season has no credibility left.
The offense line and the QB are trash.
The rest of the team is more than capable and fixable.
And wtf is on the market that can deliver at the level they expect?
