Wanted to join the UF board to ask their thoughts on him as he was not retained by the new coaching staff.
Don’t know if I should be excited or not.
What did you guys think about him? Appreciate any insight.

Good coach..we had decent RB growth with him..Napier just called a ton of pass plays when we ran well.

He was a great coach that seemed to develop good runningbacks.
He downfall at UF was slapping an opposing player, the UAA won't let that kind of stuff slide

I never said it was the missing piece, there was a reason why I mentioned I requested to be accepted to their board but I hadn’t heard back after a few days so I asked here.
Don’t know much about him so just wanted their opinion.

I saw something happened with him apologizing about a pregame thing but didn’t really look up videos of the incident because at the time it was just a rumor that he was going to be interviewed and at the time it looked like he was also in talks with Kentucky as well.

lol, Preciate the insight. Sark tends to like to do this at times as well and can really bog down the offense. Did it the entire first half against A&M this year although our run game has been below average all year so I’m hoping to see some improvement in the RB room and the OL while hoping our WRs can start catching balls that go beyond the line of scrimmage.

He was the best coach on staff his room was loaded the whole time he was here. Took more than one 3 star and hit on all of them. Great hire.

Juluke was incredible. Montrell Johnson, Trevor Etienne, and Jadan Baugh. Johnson was pretty good (pre injury especially) and every RB seemed a lot better than the previous.
This year the room had a couple injuries and there wasn’t anyone to really share the load with Baugh. So I guess you could ding him for not having a solid 4th and 5th string ready, but the headliners were all very good. I’d have liked for him to stay at Florida.
