Texas average 10.5 wins since we join the sec while Aggies is 9.5 wins

Texas has sent 18 players to the nfl in the last two years while texas am is 13

Texas has 2 cfp wins while Texas am has zero(but made the game close)

Texas has 21-5 record last two years while am is 19-7

Texas made it the conference championship in its first year while Texas am never made it despite being in the sec for 14 years also Texas is 2-0 Texas am in the sec. I think both programs did a very great job but I think Texas is a little bit better. But Texas am is a top 5 team in sec right now respect for sure and I mean it with no disrespect Texas am fans y'all have a great team.

Texas has also had the SECs easiest schedule over that timeframe

What is the point to these posts other than to rile people up?

I wish there was a serious SEC fan forum without all the trolling and insults.

On paper going in, it looked like as much of a cakewalk that SEC schedules get. It actually wasn't that easy once the season was actually over and you saw which teams performed well.

I can't find the analysis now, but people will just keep repeating the narrative, so whatever.

Two biggest endowments in the league, 15 combined years in the league, one championship game appearance (a loss)

Color me unimpressed.

and we played in the west with a team named Alabama which was pretty dominant... and heck LSU was pretty good too during most of that time.

It's okay though little bro, we are proud of you.

What the frick does that have to do with the fact that your schedule last year was asswater and you lost the only game to a real team like you always do???

I don't know how it works in Florida but we can't use our endowment funds to pay for athletics. We can raise plenty of $ in other ways, but the endowments are irrelevant.

It's a reflection of the overall money power of a school since the two pools of money come from generally the same groups of people.

After the Longhorns dominant showing against the very best team in the nation and the complete dismantling of their team, I don't see a loss for Texas this season.

There simply is no team in the SEC that could have done what Texas did to the Buckeyes. I see Texas completely owning whatever hapless team manages to meet them in the SEC Champ game.

After that, there will be dismantling of various victims in CFP games and then, of course, a vicious beat-down of epic proportions for whatever team is unfortunate enough to face Texas in the NC game.

Texas is going to keep getting better too, which is the scary part, they've only played two games. We were all warned that Texas would eventually own the SEC in every imaginable way and that prophecy is coming true.

I'm just glad I am alive during this time period to be able to witness what is to occur this season with Texas. It's going to be truly magical and we are all, whether we like to admit it or not, blessed to be able to watch it unfold.

Yep. It’s fun to be tarded but it’s also fun to talk ball. We need another forum

Will never happen, too many varying degrees of understanding the game, philosophy of the game, experience with the game, and fanaticism over the game. Then you have the sites themselves, they get paid for interaction. Logical discussion doesn’t drive that as much as knee jerk reactions, hot takes, and stupid takes. The media is also to blame, they put out false narratives and over exaggerations that ill inform the common fan.
