No it isn’t. A&M Football is mediocre.

What I find hard to believe is how some still subscribe to the “sleeping giant” lie. They have tried EVERYTHING to be relevant and have failed. Even the great programs go through stretches of mediocrity but this is ridiculous, You figure 80 years would be enough to realize they just aren’t winners in Football.

Or anything else for that matter. This simple graphic is proof of that.

They’ll always have those equestrian titles to hold on to.

Actually, I think Auburn has taken that from them. Maybe an AU fan can verify.

Did the NCAA choose the "Final 4" arbitrarily?

Did the CFP choose a 4 team playoff arbitrarily?

No

Wasn’t that the year LSU ripped your heart in your own place? Didn’t even made it to Omaha.

Saying things like that is why A&M is a joke and why we all love to laugh at you.

A&M´s biggest tradition is failure.

From where does your “I hate Texas A&M University” sentiment originate?

I ask the same of A&M fans about their LSU hate all of the time.

Final Four
CWS semi finals
CFP

Seems 4 is a very relevant number now that the last major sport has a playoff.

It doesn't exist.
Or at least, it's not institutional like it appears to be with LSU towards TAMU.
It's a fun rivalry for us.
Many Ags have family affiliated with LSU.

No hate here.
I pull for LSU anytime they aren't playing A&M, or when an LSU victory doesn't somehow hurt A&M in the standings.

People take this site too seriously. In general LSU and A&M fans have no problem with each other in real life. You have some losers on both sides that care too much but they our outliers.

It doesn't exist.

Most Aggies I know still hate Texas more almost a decade later.

I’ve heard unconfirmed rumors that it is engraved on their class rings. No word on cups.

They’re actually Aggie Rings, not class rings; the difference being, every single one is the same (as opposed to tailoring them for individual people and classes).

What you heard re: the score is incorrect.
