It’s a crime the mockery that A$M is making of college football. Should be a congressional investigation in my opinion.

what they mean is now they can't stop aggy from getting the tools needed for high-level competition.

Isn't that what UTexas has said and done for decades?

Look how well it has worked for them.

They need to make a rule of no contact by boosters to players until after they’ve signed on to the school. I.e you can give NIL deals to existing players but not recruits

Or maybe exclude freshman from NIL deals

Alabamas bag men dropping cash off with aunts and grandmothers all over the country is great for college football.

Prove that A&M is funneling $30 Million in NIL deals. Cite a source other than "SlicedBread" from BoomerNation247.

Part of me wants the NCAA to investigate texags over their "Stacked" initiative: LINK

Sure, it would get A&M in trouble, but oh, the joy of seeing Xin Pubes have to shut down texags and lose everything...

It’s already against the Texas state NIL law for anyone to enter into any “agreement” (which is distinct from the word “contract” used elsewhere in the law) with a prospective player prior to enrollment. Remains to be seen how the NCAA reacts though.

It was illegal to pay players under the table but that didn’t stop anyone. What would this accomplish?

Watch. This statement will be taken seriously on another college forum and reported by ESPN as fact.

This was about the pressure on a coach to win when boosters put up this kind of money. They will expect a natty no matter what school or what coach. I think this very reasonable to assume.
