Yea won't lie when Ole Miss didn't get him I put it in my head that it was for the best and an RB isn't worth the money he is reportedly getting.....
I was wrong. Outside of an injury, I don't see any way he's not a top 3 running back in college football by his soph year and a game changer for UT.

I’m far from an expert, but he is the best football player I’ve ever seen in person. Went to 2 of his games last year and was blown away by his speed and balance. Tackling him must be pure hell.
I believe they mentioned during the game last night that he squats 700 pounds, and dead lifts 950 (but I may be misremembering the exact numbers).

Let’s just hope he stays healthy for his time as a Vol. I’m glad we have Asa Barnes coming in next year too. He’s not nearly the talent DGG is, but I’m hoping we don’t run DGD 35 times a game. If Brandon or GMAC can be a decent QB we might finally have a legit team in ‘27 but more likely ‘28 that can do some damage.

I'm very excited for 2027. We are going to spend boat loads of money in the portal and will have our 5 star freshman QB and WR both in their 2nd year. Could be a great year for the Vols
