Texas isn't UT. Texas is Texas. It doesn't seem natural to call us UT.

I've lived in Texas since I graduated college over 25 years ago and always hear everyone call the school UT, except for some of the other big12 schools that call it tu.

We really don't give a shite, even though America thinks TEXAS when you say UT. Again, you can be UT. It looks and sounds way better than Tennessee.
