t will effect production. When you are able to tee off on a QB, you over run the play as much as you sack the QB. He will not be able to make that same push on first and seconddowns.
Normally the down and distance situation won't require it....although I hope it does.

I think Williams will be productive. I think the overall defense will be very productive and more than likely tops in the SEC.

I agree. I mean do not get me wrong, I hope we beat you like you stole something in the Iron Bowl.

But that being said, I have no doubt Alabama will be a monster on defense again. Williams looked very good.

I think the formula sets up well for Alabama again this year.

A great defense with a strong punting game to flip field position.

The only things that would really worry me as an Alabama fan would be poor choices leading to turnovers on offense. And the possibility of the O line being below par.

Wish LSU would have overlooked smoking the marijuana in the girls bathroom. Hell of a football player. Williams and Key would have been scary.

Not overlooking the star running back who had sex with a 14 year old when he was an adult was perfectly fine, can't imagine smoking weed would be an issue for Les with the dozens of chanced he gave TM7.

I won't lie. When he signed with Bama I thought what's the big deal. LSU didn't pursue him and he was on their campus. He looked too skinny and gangly to amount to much. I missed on that prediction.

The fact is that Lsu backed off because of off the field problems.

That is simply not true. TW went to Bama to be in a 3-4 defense. TW was not coming to LSU with the scheme we were running at the time.

Derrick Thomas could single handedly win games by himself. He was the best pass rusher I have ever seen in person play college ball. I didn't get a chance to see Lawrence Taylor in person but those are the two best ever
