Tunsil went to the best place for him plain and simple. If he hadn't beaten up his step dad OM would still be riding high in the west.

I have a feeling you won't be saying this in 3 years.

Depending on the NCAA punishment I think it could be worth it. Beating Bama at those time periods was no easy task, don't kid yourself. Hugh Freeze cheating on his wife with hookers in the end will more than likely cause more damage than the NCAA due to the fact as much as he fricked up every now and than he was in my own personal opinion a decent play caller. In the end it wasn't our three star talent average that beat alabama's 5 stars... it was playcalling.

Bo Wallace 3 star.
All on the two deep except tunsil 3 stars.
Chad Kelly 3 star.

All receivers 3 stars except treadwell and Quincy.

All our RB's were as talented or less than what we have now, you've seen our rushing stats.

Mike Hilton 3 star, Senquez Golson 3 star, Trae Elston 3 star, Cody Prewitt 2 star., Evan Engram 3 star.

Got beat by a good coach and mediocre players.

And you can point to treadwell, Nkdemciche, Tunsil and Connor. But they were parts of the machine, anomalies.

Just my opinion though. I truly believe that yes talent matters and stars matter and all that. But for some reason Freeze just gaves Saban fits, and in the end that was fun as hell to watch and anyone who says that enjoyment in itself was not worth it...

Another perfect example of a win that for me was perfect was when our 3rd stringers due to injuries dominated the best QB LSU has had in a decade with Mettenburger and those monster receivers. I mean wins like these SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER happen... but damn they do and it is worth it.

LSU won 9 games last year and Miles didn't finish the season.. You're calling 9 wins two years in a row "awesome seasons".

As an LSU fan, I can't find fault in your reasoning.

It's amazing how butthurt people get about it too

What really made it all worthwhile was RBR's Erik Evans' comment after the 2015 game. "Half of them [Ole Miss fans] would still own people if they could."

No one is surprised when the typical uneducated sidewalk fan makes such an idiotic comment (Alabama playing the race card against Mississippi?), but to read such drivel from a law school grad?
Once Evans recovered from his gaff, he was so embarrassed he deleted every trace of it.

Except we already have. See we LSU fans know what it actually means to win something significant. It's something we (and pretty much every other SEC team) can always hold over your heads. It's a good feeling to know that no matter how bad it gets for LSU, historically, we will always be better than anything Ole Miss will ever accomplish.

I'm sorry you cheer for an annually shitty team.

You will go close to that the next 5 to 10 years.

Except that's not what happened and it's about to get busted wide open.

There will be some jail time served by several Ole Miss administrators before this is over.

How many SEC championships did USC get over that span? Your bullshite 5-3 division championship doesn't count.

And remind me.. Didn't USC get busted for improper benefits in the past decade? So pretty much your program did what we did only we play in the west so we had to play bama every year.

Funny how short some memories are on this board.

That's news to me. I thought players they recruited ratted then out.
