Arkansas didn't lose that game. It was a gift to Aggy.

We lost the game by making critical mistakes and allowing A&M to capitalize on them.

I tried telling yall Friday A&M has some voodoo curse on Arkansas

Ive never seen a team as lucky as them in the last dozen or so meetings. I feel like Arkansas should have easily won half of those games but always find a way to shite the bed.

Lord, help me over the fence; I’m just a simple-minded female.

I know sammich-makin’ far better than I know games of sport and whatnot.

But I’m pretty sure that’s how it works—one team takes advantage of the other’s mistakes?

The mental gymnastics and moral victories are getting ridiculous.

Sadly….yes. We lost the game. Could’ve and should’ve don’t really matter.

Or you could say that had A&M not screwed up the PA after the fumble return for TD, that FG would would of only had a chance to tie it. Had A&M made the FG previous to this drive, Arky would have still needed a TD to be in it. Had Moose caught the deep throw from Johnson we would have scored. Both teams did everything they could to lose the game.

I told everyone last week in a few threads to run away from that game.

That game is always nuts and always comes down to a handful of quirky plays and you never know which way it is going to go.

There are 3 constants with A&M in the SEC:
1) A&M-Arky game is always crazy
2) Miss St plays their best game of the year against A&M
3) LSU could drop a turd in a box and hire it as head coach and still beat A&M

Are you really going to pretend that A&M didn't shoot themselves in the foot plenty of times? Just look at all the penalties they committed. If A&M cleans that up and doesn't miss their own share of field goals, they win by an even larger margin.

That's like empirically and verifiably false.

Arkansas made mistakes. So did A&M. If A&M doesn't miss the FG the prior possession, Arkansas is having to for it on 4th and long. If A&M doesn't overthrow a wide open deep guy, the game is out of reach. If A&M doesn't commit three stupid penalties that didn't even effect the play, the game is (probably) out of reach. And even if Arkansas did make the kick, A&M had a 1:30 and 2 TOs to win it back.

3) Okay
4) Arky

Welp.. game is 4 quarters. Ags outrushed, outpassed, out executed on special teams, and out coached Hogs in Q2, Q3, and Q4.

Just a fact. Hogs were better in 1st but that is it.

Not to the point of AU and Missouri but yes I agree. Now all plays, including the missed FGs are kind of the flow of a competitive game… only major head scratcher for me is the QB dive from 4 yds out on 1st down that caused the fumble.

Can't knock a kid for wanting to win. We had a similar incident a couple of years ago that cost us a fumble recovered by the defense.

The way they had been rushing the ball, I was suprised that he tried to superman at all. They were gashing us to that point.

That was stupid on first down. He doesn't come off as the smartest player.
