This year's lost to UCLA, was LSU 1st lost to a Pac-12 school since the 70s.
Defeated Washington(x3), Oregon State(x3), Colorado(x2), Arizona(x2), Arizona State, Oregon,& USC during that span.

The NCAA didn't allow athletic scholarships until the 30s so it's no surprise that Vandy was a good program up until then.

Mississippi State and Texas all time record is tied.

Arkansas is 36-31-1 vs Ole Miss and 18-13-1 vs Miss State. So the same 5 game margin with both

Wrong. It's 1-1. In 1996, Ole Miss beat VMI 31-7 in their last game they played at Jackson.

We are 1-1 vs Michigan, last playing them in 1965 in Vince Dooleys second year.
We’ve been in the SEC since 1932. So has LSU but we’ve only played 32 times. UT is also a founding member and in the same division as us since 1992, but we’ve only played them 49 times. So has Miss State and we’ve only faced them 24 times.
Clemson has never been in the SEC, but we’ve played 64 times. We’ve faced NC more than Miss State with 31 meetings.

Bit of an oddity with Ohio State, we're 2-2 against them, but all of those wins are in the opposing team's stadium. Been a rough series for the fans, especially as those have all been big hyped-up matchups.

Not my school, but Texas is 3-8 versus Vanderbilt and 0-1 versus SC.

The school that we had to share Johnny Majors with, has our number. UT is 0-3 vs Pitt.
As for our bowl match-up with Purdue...
There are only 2 Big-10 opponents (Big-10 members at the time they played) with winning records over UT (Penn State, and Purdue). UT is a combined 0-3 against them as Big-10 members, but UT is 12-4 overall against the Big-10, overall.
