We are 6 days out and Houston looks like this
Have some contingency plans been reviewed?
Lets try to discuss serious topics here. I know that may be hard to do.
And above all, we are all thinking about all of the affected people in Texas and most of all our e-friends here.

I imagine Provo or BR are in the works....fine with either, just get it played.

ETA: They need to just go ahead and make the move. I don't like the idea of LSU flying in on Friday to play a game on Saturday at 4,000+ feet. Not to mention there's a 0% chance it's played at NRG since the stadium is going to have to be used by emergency personnel.

Contingencies were in place after Katrina, and the venue was changed.
Contingencies were in place for Hurricane Rita, and the game was moved to Monday night. Contingencies were in place for flooding in South Carolina and the venue was changed. Contingencies coul not be negotiated for Hurricane Matthew. One thing in common for all those games was LSU.
The difference was clearly Florida.

Honestly cool with playing in Provo. Why is everyone just eliminating other venues though?

I have quite a lot of family in Houston.
I would have no issue if they moved it to Provo, although I think they could find a different spot in Texas to play.

I don't think anyone is eliminating that. It just seems like a home and home is the simplest arrangement.
