So does he get paid and a scholarship? Curious if he gets to keep his GA salary.

This is the weakest QB room I've seen in awhile..

Which is kind of wild to me. I know recruiting rankings should all be taken with a grain of salt but I felt like we had a string of 4* QBs come in in consecutive years. None of them have panned over for various reasons.

If I was Beamer id just play the Joyner kid at QB. Can’t be any worse than the Lynn Bowden Kentucky offense.

If he plays well, this would be one of the best football stories in a long time

Vandy getting excited!

I've seen crazier things. I'll never forget Coach Wally Rig pulling Paul Blake off his ranch to play QB at age 34. Easily the best season in Texas State Armadillos history.

How tf does the flagship state school of South Carolina ever get to this point. Embarrassing

Coaches kid. He's the most experienced QB on the team. He played for Iowa State before he transferred to NDSU.

Here's his media appearance from a few weeks ago.

At least he looks the part...

Probably Bobo the Clown coming onboard and playing favorites with Colorado State QB Collin Hill who came with Bobo.

I hated Muschamp.

I wanted to do harm to Bobo. Hilinski deserved better than to be fricked over by that a-hole.

Aren't we pumping up the "feel good story" aspect of this a little much? Guy took over for an FCS All-American QB who is now on an NFL roster. Played three months ago for a team with more success at the FCS level in the last 10 years than Alabama at the FBS level. He's passed for over 2000 yards and 12 tds.

Not like he's some scrub that's been selling cars for a decade. I mean, Chris Weinke didn't take a competitive snap of football for seven years...

This times 1 million.

Not that I dislike Auburn, but I hope he burns them to the ground. Bobo isn't smart enough to run a pop warner team...

I can’t believe this is a serious story. Man feel bad for USC fans

It could never be as bad as starting 5'7 Tyson Lee.

I know I will be following this guy's season and hope he has success. That would be a great story.

I hope so as well. I just hope the upset they pull is not on us.
