Rice and hash. It's like liquid sausage.

Franklin BBQ in Austin is the best. I stood in line for hours and leftovers were good the next day, reheated. No need for sauce.

We all know you prefer the liquid that comes out of the sausage.

So deciphering your Aggie slang here, you're saying you think it's delicious.

That top pic looks like it came from Maurice's, which is literally the worst BBQ place in the state. If you want good BBQ in SC, stick to the Pee Dee region between Sumter and Myrtle Beach, north up to the NC line. Scott's, Brown's, Schoolhouse and Country Cousin's are all good spots.

Ive had South Carolina bbq. And honestly it sucks. Now North Carolina on the other hand is good. I had some bbq from Smithfield NC a month ago and I was very pleased how good it was. The pulled pork was so good I stole my fathers sandwich.

So you need a bunch of bread to take the taste of plate #2 away.

I'm a Memphis guy but I just finished eating at Q39 in KC about an hour ago and it was fantastic.
Their pulled pork wasn't as good as most Memphis places but the brisket, burnt ends and ribs were great.
