Still worth it? Does hire a better coach = we will cheat more? Why do the people at Ole Miss think they have to cheat to win? Is Oxford that bad of a place? The facilities that bad?

He went to RR to pick up free stuff and he left with free stuff. That's what he said and that's what the NCAA says. Terry Warren made it about himself with his lawsuit and your fanboys are writing his version of events.

So, the contention is he just walked in and grabbed the stuff and left without paying to going to the counter? There's another word for that type of activity - shoplifting.

So you're telling us that the Great C. Merkle is not going to be able to get shoplifting conviction even with the defendants sworn admission?

Quite the legal counsel ol'Terry has assembled there. A real Dream Team II

My guess is his glassball didn't predict Jones changing up his story to say he just basically stole shite.

His story is now this:
He walked into Rebel Rags, grabbed merchandise and walked out. He says he doesn't know who/if anyone paid for it. Try your luck doing the same and tell the cops that you thought someone (but no idea who in the world that might be) paid for it. Let me know how that works out for you.

Seriously. If you can’t keep up. Just give up. You will save yourself a lot of embarrassment.

This running in circles garbage the ole miss fan sites have you running in should absolutely piss you off. But you pay them a stupid tax each month to completely stray away from what is pointed out verbatim and crystal clear in the last NCAA response.

So it’s shoplifting if a pretty little female employee is sent(pimped out by RR) to greet him and says

“hey big fella, just find what you like and help yourself. Don’t worry cuz it’ll ALL be taken care of Sweety pie. BTW you big hunk of sex appeal, here is a card with my name and number on it. If you need ANYTHING(wink, wink) just call me. Us OM girls are taught very early by our daddies to take care of you big football recruits. If you know what I mean.(wink,wink).”

Because we aren't naïve or idiots. Do you think kids come play to your school for free?

A Rebel Rags business card with the owners daughters number on it. This would implicate Rebel Rags. Kobe is saying Rebel Rags did not give him any merchandise. The two cannot both be true.

You dumbass. So, why wasn't he arrested for shoplifting? Why isn't Rags accusing him of this?

I'll tell you why...because his daughter gave Kobe a business card with her phone number on it while he was "shoplifting".

You left out a key part of his story....that Barney arranged it. Boy, that really changes the perspective suddenly, huh?

So he did get free stuff from RR? And it happened 4 times.

If I go into a store and am told "help yourself", then I'm getting free stuff. Then again, my moral compass would probably prevent me from just grabbing and taking stuff without any knowledge of how/why it's occurring

(Ole Miss disputes all this happened in our Response, by the way.)

If this had happened then Rebel Rags is implicated and he isn't saying Rebel Rags didnt give him merchandise

You either believe Kobe got a bunch of merchandise because he said he did or you believe his HS coach who not only said he didn't get any merchandise but was mad he didn't so he went and bought him some and showed that receipt to the ncaa.

Doesn't matter which story you believe, but you have to pick one. If you pick the one where he did get a bunch of merchandise then the card you said that he has implicates rebel rags and he isn't saying what he is saying.

We all have an agenda, but explain to me why you believe what you are saying makes any sense if he is now contradicting what the noa said?

Of course they can, unless she owns part of the store that he was aware of that is.

Way too much parsing going on here but as Yancy et. al. have either been wrong or flat out lying each step of the way I would trust anonymous message board posters more at this point.

Remember it was not MSU that turned OM in no matter how much the OM media pumps that, the State players got caught up in this by a dumb arse OM coach and his lazy phone use.

Not sure why everybody is hating on them and not the sloppy arse coaching staff yall had, this wound is 100% self inflicted.

If Barney told him to go to RR, and he goes to RR, gets a card from the store owner, and walks out with a bunch of free stuff then he isn't saying RR didn't give him anything. That card you believe in implicates RR. Either drop the card story or drop the free merchandise. Both cant be true.
