Refresh my memory, where did the NBA Jazz originate from ?

And you’re on borrowed time with the Saints and Pelicans too. Tom Benson ain’t here to save the day anymore.

Had nothing to do with the actual city, I was comparing markets. Surely that went through your head, since that’s what this is about, money

St Louis at #24 is only marginally larger than SLC at #28. SLC is a bigger market than both KC and NOLA. Last I checked, people in St Louis just do not support their team. Those in SLC do and with a fervor. Much more money for professional teams in SLC regardless of the marginally smaller market.

Maybe my head wasn't the one the comment went over.

They have 2 to MO’s 4.

Worry about your college football and basketball teams not living up to expectations.

You'll figure it out quickly once you start paying tolls just to drive on the fricken roads.

Never underestimate the ability of KC and STL liberal politicians to blow it and blame others. Elite.

I wish the pathetic Saints would leave Louisiana. And they can take the Pelicans with them on the way out.

Sounds like the Royals may be next. What a cesspool, teams can't seem to leave that state fast enough.

At least you have college teams. Maybe it will boost your lackluster attendance and fan support at Missouri and Missouri State games? It at least dissolves the BS excuse of "muh we care about pro". From my understanding MO people are not high on anything from Kansas. So I can't imagine they will support the Kansas Chiefs, will they? Darn that would be hypocritical of them!

I just drove past Missouri's KC Chief's stadium on I70, all the way through Kansas east to west this month to Colorado and returned, and am about to do that trip again (I live in North Carolina now.)

I like Kansas, friendly people, small towns similar to the one where I grew up in South Texas, and I have some relatives there. That said, Kansas seems like mostly wide wide open spaces, prairie pasture, wheat and soybean fields for miles and miles and miles.

Are there even enough farmers and ranchers in Kansas to fill an NFL stadium??

The Rams were greatly supported in STL. THE ONLY reason they went back to LA was because his greedy arse was one of the only owners that had the money to fix the "LA problem" for the NFL. StanK has ZERO loyalty to any fan, any city, only to money. It was a rigged process & St. Louis was collateral damage. Some owners did not want that to happen, but STL had to terrible luck of having Kroenke as the owner. The Jags owner Shad Kahn wanted to buy the team & keep it in STL, but Kroenke exercised his 1st right of refusal. That was when the fix was in. STL is a great NFL market. The football Cardinals left due to a stadium dispute with the owner. It was stupid & short sighted by local politicians, but NEITHER MOVE had anything to do with lack of fan support, lack of market viability or anything bad against STL. It was simply 2 greedy owners willing to do what NFL owners do. SHITE on their fanbases for money. Pretty much what college football has become. No loyalty towards any university. It is a "frick you, pay me" climate now. Get a clue! With gambling taking over sports, expect that to get worse.

If I spent the money to buy an NFL franchise, I would probably do whatever I wanted to do with the franchise.

No, it's true. St. Louis supports their professional teams very well. If the idiot owner want's to move, what can the fans do? Let billionaires build their own stadiums! Bye Chiefs!!!

Someone’s uninformed, but par for the course for someone from Louisiana.

Btw, if Utah has more money and passion to support their teams, what took them so long to come up with a name for their NHL team ?

So, you think length of time taken to name a team = show of support for said team.

And you make fun of the intellect of people from Louisiana? Simply amazing.
