As opposed to the shite hole that is Oklahoma? Your entire state is a parasite to the great state of Texas. At least Louisiana can hold their own.

What exactly is Louisiana holding their own on? Transvestites and illiteracy??

Yes, in the NIL era, players will now leave the south to go to Mobilehoma.

Yes, yes they will. Oklahoma will absolutely pull in kids that might have considered other top SEC schools. If you follow recruiting at all, most of the top four star and almost all five stars are being recruited by the same schools. It boils down to realistic playing time at their position. If it boils down to the SEC specifically, yes OU being a member can and will absolutely pull kids to Norman. Please don't think college station is going to hold any weight over Norman. You'd be a bigger idiot than you're already making yourself out to be.

quote:

It's all second rate in the SEC. You're not joining the sun belt you fricking meth heads.

Hmmm? Of the top 10 college programs ranked with best facilities, there's only four currently from the SEC and oh by the way Oklahoma is in the top 10 as well. Your comment being second rate is just made up bullshite. Speaking of the Sun Belt... A&M should have considered them over the SEC. You couldn't win the Big 12 and you're not winning now in the SEC. Instead of being a perennial middle of the road team, you might have competed in the Sun belt. You wouldn't have to face that dominant Mississippi State team anymore...

*Bottom line, Texas A&M is the equivalent to Oklahoma State in Oklahoma. You guys will always be playing up to Longhorn level expectations, but you'll unfortunately always settle for less. I guess the key difference this year is Oklahoma State is actually undefeated and ranked. Good luck with your 4-5 loss loss season, arse clown!!

I'm expecting Riley to leave for the NFL. He wants no part of the SEC, at OU or any other school. Both OU and LSU will be looking this offseason

More prestige at Oklahoma. (Blue blood) Way easier recruiting at LSU. That said, he'd already be fired from LSU if he had the same playoff record. They put up with more in Oklahoma and he also railroaded them in the same way Saban railroaded Alabama's boosters.

I dunno if he'd be that great in the NFL. A lot of what makes him good is all the little bullshite he does to gain advantages in conference that wouldn't translate. Well it already hasn't translated in the playoffs.

Well, LSU isn’t OK. That’s just the truth. Now I know you don’t wanna admit it. In a combined 60 years Oklahoma and Georgia have not won a national championship. OUCH! And in 18 years we’ve won three. A big dog is coming to town whether you like it or not.

Irrelevant...let that sink in. You won’t be able to compete for 5 stars with NIL. LSU is in the bottom half of the SEC in student body size, facilities and endowment. It’s a whole new game. And the day the SEC let in Texas and OU you mid levels got screwed.

The problem for you, of course, is that your new coach has to coach in the future, not the past.

Because he could possibly win a National Title at LSU? Seems to have worked for the last three

Same reason why I saban left Michigan State. But I hope this is incorrect because have you noticed Lincoln Riley‘s defenses lately?

I don’t think he will leave Oklahoma unless it’s for the NFL, but the argument for a move would be with recruiting. It’s simply a lot easier to win when you have (mostly) first dibs on an entire state of football crazy kids, than it is to win when you’re splitting a state that pumps out mostly 2* and 3* recruits. (Calm yourselves Oklahoma fans I’ve seen some in-state Oklahoma kids go to OU and then the NFL, I know there are exceptions)

Oklahoma will get a boost with the SEC money and the tradition, but they will always have to lean heavily on DFW to fuel their program. Texas isn’t the neighbor you want to have there with easy access to that neighborhood.

I think most other reasons to change from that position would be superficial, so I don’t think it’s very likely to happen

You are correct, and in fact A&M has beaten Alabama 2 times in the last 10 games. The best LSU could muster is 1 single win in 10 games.

Granny keeps trying to brag about losing to Aggie more than LSU.

Weird flex, to be sure.
