Aim higher

actually he's right. A&M has won 2 of the last 10 vs Alabama. LSU has won 1.

Not for long, he might think he has a better chance of winning in the SEC with LSU than with Oklahoma.

And then get fired two years later. I doubt he will make a move. Who knows, though. I mean with everybody down in Texas he pretty much has had free reign recruiting and hasn't gotten it done at Oklahoma...why would he do much better at LSU?

Yeahyeayeah...because worse coaches have. But don't mistake luck with good coaching. You did that with Orgeron. And don't come back with "We knew Ed was lousy all the time!" because y'all told us after 2019 that LSU was going to supplant Alabama with Orgeron.

Good job. You no doubt have several conference and National championships to go along with that right?

Riley would go NFL long before moving to the sweaty crotch of the South.

As opposed to the shite hole that is Oklahoma? Your entire state is a parasite to the great state of Texas. At least Louisiana can hold their own.

Just wait till he's in the SEC and officially gets his hands around those recruits.

Yes, in the NIL era, players will now leave the south to go to Mobilehoma.

With Oklahoma's money, facilities and overall resources he'll be fine where he's at now.

It's all second rate in the SEC. You're not joining the sun belt you fricking meth heads.

Handful of people think we should go after Riley and SEC rant thinks “LSU fans” believe Riley would leave OU. Typical.

LSU fans still think their HC position is special. Why would any well known qualified coach want that job? Let’s see:
1. Right now LSU is under serious multiple investigations from the NCAA. Y’all got an institutional problem. Penalties and the fallout still to be determined.
2. Your past natty’s are totally irrelevant in the age of NIL. Odell passing out hundreds and the others robbing a children’s hospital can’t match Texas, OU, A&M, or Alabama’s billions/millions. LSU grads don’t support LSU. Ranking 9th in endowment in the SEC now, falling even lower when Texas and OU join.
3. LSU’s facilities aren’t on par with the top SEC schools. With the 6th smallest student body, not likely to improve.
4. According to reports LSU lost $89,000,000 on athletics last year. Without a top bowl game this year, better hope the rest of the SEC comes through for you. How y’all going to match the top salaries?
5. The only place worse to live than Baton Rouge is Austin.

Lincoln is a man of character. No way would he want to be associated with that program. OU football spends a lot of time volunteering at the local children’s hospital, not taking from it.

Every coach that comes to LSU wins a natty

Maybe Lincoln wants a natty

OU surely will never win another natty

Just because some dumbass throws Riley's name out there, don't assume that's LSU "fans" thinking that.

Bottom line.... nobody fricking knows!! True, someone has probably mentioned the next HC's name, but that's just random.
