He literally wasn’t out of bounds. He was hit before he stepped out of bounds.
Also this is the first time I have ever heard of someone saying hitting their player in the hip is a “cheap” shot. It’s literally where you’re supposed to tackle someone. Your stupidity is on a level almost impossible to parody.
