Sinners or The Amateur? I am torn between the two.

2 coats but I don’t put much stock in a company trying to get me to use more product than I need so they can sell me more. Much like lather, rinse, repeat. Repeat is BS.
This is a gut wrenching documentary. It’s hard to watch but the documentary is well done. Tells the story of an Israeli dance festival that was attacked by Hamas during the October 7th onslaught. Horrible images and videos before, during and after the attacks. I didn’t think I could hate Hamas more than I already did, but I do. Just a bunch of soulless pigs.

I used one of those car washing brushes with the soft bristles. They hold a lot of paint and fit perfectly in a 5 gallon bucket. Thanks for your reply. The internet seems somewhat divided on one coat or two.

Deck staining question

Posted by muttenstein on 4/18/25 at 7:36 am
I put two coats of solid color deck stain last year because because I slightly changed colors. I just finished staining with the same color and I am thinking one coat should be enough. In general, is this a safe assumption?

Looking for specific examples in specific movies. Edited my original post to reflect that. Thanks for your reply, though.
Just minor things that bother you that in a specific movie that don’t necessarily move the plot forward and not a “plot hole”.

Re-watched Pale Rider and it reminded me of something that has bothered me for a while.

When Spider goes to town, after finding a 10-15 pound gold nugget, and then Stockburn shoots it in half and it falls out of Spider’s hand…Spider gets killed by Stockburn’s men…Spider’s sons carry Spider off. WTF happened to the 10-15, pound gold nugget?!

Had to be worth a few hundred grand at the time.

Thanks for posting this. I did not know such a thing existed. Made the Cajun version over the weekend and just added some ham chunks and Rotel and used the entire seasoning pack. Quite delicious.
No disrespect to Richard Chamberlain, but King Solomon’s Mine is the only movie I have walked out of in my lifetime. Horrible.
5 one hour episodes. Holy Shite! I’ll not give it away as I went into this blind and I am glad that I did.

Just adding the synopsis below.

quote:

A five-part documentary series examining the gripping story of high school football star Greg Kelley who was arrested, convicted and jailed for sexual assault of a 4-year-old boy, and his supporters' quest for truth and justice.

Nat Geos for the nekkid pics.

LOL, this!
I read the cover off of these two books growing up.

Love Hackman, but never see the movie The Conversation. Based on this thread, looks like I need to add it to the list for this weekend's viewing.
