Good bless you! I had the opportunity to take a package which enabled me to stop working on 4/30 but continued to get pay and benefits through the end of this month. My official retirement is 7/1, but I have been loving this so far.

61 years old, and worked for the same company for 37 years. Looking forward to what the future brings.

Just re-watched thanks to this thread. First time I have watched it since I retired. Hits differently now that I am retired. Was a bit to realistic when I was in corporate cube land, and a bit depressing. Loved this latest re-watch!

Had a structural engineer take a look and these are thermodynamic pressure cracks on the garage floor and not a foundation issue. Good news there but now to get a concrete guy out here to give me an estimate for a permanent fix.

Although I am intrigued by the Swisstrax idea. This may be my go to.

Looking to take on a project of fixing these cracks and repainting the garage floor, but I am kind of a rookie when it comes to this type of work. 30 years ago when we bought the house these cracks were patched and fairly smooth looking, but time takes a toll.

If I have fairly decent DIY skills, does this look like a DIY type project?

Obviously, I'd have to clear out the cracks of any loose debris and such, but not sure of next steps after that and what type of cement would best work to patch this up so that it can be painted over? Thoughts?

Looking to sell the house within 3 years so not wanting to spend a ton.
