Yeah, I was hoping there'd be some Cam Newton style press release by the NCAA.
But I feel fairly certain LSU worked closely with NCAA this week. Our compliance folks are uber anal even though far too many of our fans fail to appreciate that the way they did prior to this year.

Yup. LSU, Smart, Momma Smart, and the NCAA met via teleconference for 3 hours last Friday after Wade was suspended. NCAA was involved with the Smart issue almost immediately.
