Yes. Stupid. They recruited that talent there (kids all the time go to schools for a coach instead of the program). They also deal with coaching kids with 4 and 5 star egos, which isn’t easy either. And likely also have to deal with the pressure of winning at a consistently high level.
Just because it’s a different set of challenges doesn’t mean it’s any less of a challenge.
