Did you read the article? The NCAA has accused him and his wife of making payments to recruits directly, and Tennessee is not disputing the accusations.

Yawn!! The real scandal is when Saban gets busted for all the little boys he has played with in his office over the years in Tuscaloosa. The Sandusky stuff is very tame compared to the word on street with Saban.

More galling than the distribution of cash was the complete flouting of the NCAA-mandated COVID-19 recruiting dead period. Tennessee orchestrated a recruiting push to gain a competitive advantage at a time when a lot of people were simply trying to stay out of the hospital or the morgue.
