Spoiler alert, that is not liquid assets like the kind needed to hire an elite DC.

You're right. LSU doesn't have a few million on the side after losing a coach making over $1 million.

Obviously not. Must be under the AD's pillow.

ATM will need that money to buy out Sumlins contract when they fire him after another 6th or 7th place finish in the west.

What's really funny, your AD thought he was $5m/yr coach after having JF as his QB. A Heisman trophy winning qb and still finished 3rd in the west!

Lol no, then we will just let Sumlin steal an even better coach for $3 million a year.

He obviously is an amazing fisher of men, and that is what we appreciate at Texas A&M.

Go away troll. If LSU had wanted to pay the man, he would've gotten paid. Just a few years ago your athletic department was borrowing money from your school. LSU's athletic department actually gives the school between 5 and 7 million a year.

You do know putting up a below the waist thread like this is showing how much your head is in LSU's arse? What goes around, comes around. Remember that a-hole!!!

My guess would be the terms and logistics of issues personally unknown to us were the actual issue. LSU like A&M can piss the extra 400,000.00

My guess is LSU also has a plan B - if not a plan A - disguised as a plan B.

Just a hunch.

You do know that bumping a below the waist, obvious troll thread like this at 2:05 a.m. is the very reason such a below the waist threads are started in the first place, right?

Because your obviously not that bright, I will help you. Then you should go eat some Quaker oats like daddy says.

The topis is legit and brought out some good discussion. Is money an issue? If it's there why won't they spend it? How much should they spend? What's Miles contract doing to affect the willingness to spend it? Is there anyone on the table worth it?

The way I said it was a shiny hook, but what I said, for those mature enough to grasp the serious business at hand, is a good topic for examination.

This is a solid thread and a nice jab.

Sometimes, one just needs to toast the guy that has bettered you....for now...and take the ribbing.
