Idk how this is measured but we lost every offensive producer from last year…

A&M low because we lost Spiller and Calzada.
Achane > Spiller
Anyone in our current QB room > Calzada

We all know Mississippi State is going to have a good football season coming up. God won't allow Ole Miss fans to have enjoyment for too long. It's the Landmass way.

Neither OM or State can distance themselves from the other for very long.
Back in 2001 OM had Eli and State was falling apart with Sherrill and then Croom, but OM couldn't pull away. 2010-2011 State had Mullen and was improving and OM had a long SEC-losing streak and State couldn't pull away.

No. 17 — Tennessee (77%)
Tennessee's offense (which was good) returns 80%
Tennessee's defense (which was lousy) returns 68%
I don't know if returning a high % of a low performing group would be good or not.

I don't think State will win the SEC, but all these predictions of last place are kind of stupid. State will have a good team.

faster, but not as good at pass protection

seems like yesterday when 8&4ers were praising spiller as a god?

Spiller wrecked shop behind a solid o line. Last year when our o line took a step back, Spiller didn't have the burst or elisiveness to make defenders miss.
Achane did, and Achane's vision and patience improved dramatically over the course of the 2021 season. By the end of last season, it was clear Achane had become our best option in the backfield. I wish Spiller all the best, ai hope he has a great NFL career. He's a rock solid dependable back. But he's not what our offense needs right now.

Damn that’s low. It’s Mississippi State’s and Tennessee’s year next year.

And yet some publications have these hoes finishing 2nd in the East.
This is the team that should be favorites to finish 6th in the East but because their name is Florida, they get unwarranted hype.

I don’t know why, but that name just aggravates me. I just hate the way it’s spelled.

You guys spent the better part of the year telling everyone that Spiller was a Heisman candidate.

Based on his 2020 season, he deserved to be watchlisted.
Based on his 2021 season, he deserved to fall off that watchlist pretty quickly.
