LSU’s athletic program is definitely trending upward. Last couple years they’ve been below average, looks like they are well on their way to middle of the pack

No, it's not. Men's BB has been bad for a while, starting to show some signs of life. And hopefully football is trending back in the right place, it'll take time to tell.
At least we're great in baseball, I'll take what I can get!
I do believe LSU will continue to get better in both sports though.

Baseball’s been rough for us… though admittedly you can be a top 25 team in baseball AND be in the bottom half of the SEC. The conference is absurdly deep in baseball.

LSU has a pretty legit shot to be ranked heading into SEC play. Will be favorites in every game coming up. Currently 29th in votes, just need a few teams to slip up.
