Horrible. A similar incident happened here in Los Angeles at Dodger game. A Giants fan, Brian Stow, was beaten up by a some thug Dodger fans (the Raider fans that don't have the Raiders in town anymore and have now ruined Dodger games) outside of Dodger stadium in April this year. Brian Stow remained in a coma for several months and just 2 days ago he spoke his first words since that incident.

I hope those WV fans are caught and will be punished with a few years behind bars.

its hard to clean up a state when a majority of the state is like they are. Its a cycle of being poor and inbred. The trash is just in their blood.

I drove through WV on my way back from Penn St. and that place was an utter shite hole. I hope I never have to go through that state again.

That and most of their OOS students are from NJ, NY, and PA. Combine that with hillbillies and well, you see what happens.

I've never been there, but when I get the time I'll post about the one WV couple I met a few years ago, you'll be shocked. (Then again, maybe not)

Well, it really doesn't, unless they are from places in NY, NJ, and PA that people have never heard of where sister-fricking is ok

Stay classy west Virginia. This is exactly why I hope we don't play your douchebag team again because the fanbase is the worst in the country BY FAR.

It's not a good idea to post someone's name on here, especially if you also put their home city. You might want to edit that out.

"That's why I always travel with a gun"

"This was my initial thought. Thank God for the 2nd amendment."

Exactly my thoughts. I carry a concealed HK P7 everywhere and have an assortment of loaded 45s in the house. Lots of nuts out there.

This story seems to be false.

Did a google search on "Marcus Mason assault" and found a similar story involving a parking lot attendant (Marcus Mason) being beaten by twin brothers. The victim suffered the exact same injuries.......fractured forehead, broken eye socket ect., except this incident occurred in St. Louis MO. back in 2005. It was not sports related.

Either this is a cosmically huge coincidence or someone is out to stir the shite with a false story.

That's part of it, but there's more. I'll give the whole story one day. I couldn't possibly make this shite up.

This story is fabricated. No truth whatsoever. Nothing on the news, etc. This would have been all over the place if true.

going out on a limb here but this story sounds like it's bullshite. guy gives us the story AND his full name plus his daughter?

that and a Marcus Manson google search turns up an Alabama football recruit from 6 years ago? what are the odds that a story this detailed would pop up on the SECrant and the guy that got beat up just happened to have the same name as a running back from the state of Alabama?

spoco79 is a liar until I see some actual proof. screenshot the wife's Facebook page liar.
