55-24 to Iowa  Btw, Auburn would curb stomp OSU
Hope he eats Mayfield's lunch! Very deserving of this award
Lol, you're either a shite stirring troll or there's no intellectual honesty in your little gump hating mind. You know, last time I was in Baton Rouge, my wife, 13 yo daughter , 10 yo son and I got accosted by some LSU fans. Once we were in the car, they egged it, which caused some paint damage. By your logic, I should just lump all LSU fans in with those cowardly bastards, but I won't.

You completely ignore the fact that the guy in the black FSU shirt decided to follow the Bama fans as they were, rightfully, being escorted out of the stadium. We don't know who started the fight in the stands. That can not be ascertained from the video, because the scuffle was in progress when taping started. However, we do know that it was contained by security till black shirted FSU man bowed up in the foyer.

But, by all means, carry on in your gump hating ways
Wrong! All Bama fans aren't the same. I'll be pulling for you all season till it's not beneficial to do so. Have done this since I was a kid.
Not making an excuse for this fringe of our fan base and what happened there with the gal, but if you freeze frame that vid, you'll see that the dude in the black FSU shirt that she's trying to protect is the same dude that was getting in to it with the big, hat less Bama fan up in the stands.
Evidently, the guy in the black FSU shirt followed them out of the stands and appears to initiate this encounter or episode, which could have been avoided.
Outstanding work! Thanks for the laugh Up vote headed your way!

Agree! I love that guy. Didn't like losing to him, but if we had to lose, then losing to a quality guy took a little of the sting out of it. Seriously, he made LSU my second favorite team in the SEC. College football needs Les and his quotes!
Dang boys, y'all are being a little rough on the Cat with your voting skills :violin:
Lol, yeah, I found that humorous as well.

The LSU board is really getting some of you excited.

There is a major issue at play here, and it's called a DIVORCE. I realize a lot of college HFCs don't deal with this, which is why LSU fans are popping off every rumor as fact, but the reality is Jimbo probably can't move unless he is willing to give up joint custody of his kids, which is highly unlikely given what a family man he is. He also has a child that is not healthy. I would be FLOORED if Jimbo Fisher was willing to give all that up for a lateral move, and a slight pay bump, when he is already paid 4.5 million dollars.

Second, correct me if I am wrong, but you have to file paperwork with the state to leave your children in a case of joint custody. This is a fairly lengthy process, one that would have had to have started at the beginning of the football season.

Common sense doesn't add up on this one. Last - Chris, Newberg, has anyone checked public records with the state? I could be wrong, but at least in my home state, you have to file paperwork with the state to leave if you are going through a divorce. And I believe the divorce has to be finalized. Unless he would leave under the terms of a separation. However, that would have serious ramifications in the courts should his eventual ex-wife seek custody. And the courts might determine that he loses joint custody IF he leaves for a lateral move with a pay bump, when he is already making 4.5 million. That would definitely be making a decision for yourself over your children in the courts eyes.

So the long and the short of this; it isn't a cut and dry off-season coaching jump. There are so many major life factors in this thing that I HIGHLY doubt the rumors are remotely close to true.

1) He would have to have some resolution to custody with his children to leave state.

2) He would have to likely leave with Candi to Louisiana, which I HIGHLY doubt it happening given what most families are dealing with after a situation like this.

3) If he would leave without a legal resolution in place, he would greatly risk losing custody of his children to Candi

All that said, could the rumors be true? Yeah, they may have done all of this behind the scenes, without a leak on the FSU side - HIGHLY improbable, but could have happened.

Or you are just dealing with a bunch of uneducated LSU fans popping off at the mouth over every rumor. This is an unusual case, and their justification of not firing a coach with a buyout to be the main reason he is coming, defies all logic when it comes to greater issues in life, like divorce, custody, and the fact that Jimbo has a kid that isn't healthy.

If this divorce issue wasn't looming, I would actually believe it could be true. But with all the legal ramifications, as well as moral and family issues going on here, I believe this about as much as I believe there are aliens amongst us.
