I’ve never done it like brisket, always do a reverse sear and it’s honesty the most flavorful cut of beef I’ve cooked. It’s also fairly cheap and one can feed my whole family

My buddy has the Two Step seasoning in the hotter version. I’m sure it’s like all the others but he says it’s really good and uses it a lot

He started out very entertaining and giving some decent info too. It’s gotten worse now, but I still watch them. Kudos to the guy for hitting it big for a minute, I doubt it lasts too much longer, but good for him if it does :cheers:
Epic Cajun is coming across smarter than some of you rednecks who are just gonna “take matters into your own hands”.
I don’t like mine getting on the phone at dinner, but they are little and at a Mexican place I’ll allow it, since it’s loud anyways. We don’t honestly take ours to “nice” places yet bc of their age and not wanting to disturb others, but I’d never say anything if someone else had a kid there doing it. Never know, they may be on anniversary dinner and can’t afford a sitter or just can’t find one.

Same goes for airplane behavior, but that’s for another thread…

Duck and andouille gumbo

I have honestly just started doing my own gumbos lately and I always do chicken and andouille. My father in law gave me a bunch of duck breasts and I was gonna use those instead of chicken thighs. My question is how do y’all prepare and cook the duck before adding to the gumbo and do you add it late like chicken or earlier? Thanks baws :cheers:

They only bother me once every two years. But then I realize how funny and redneck it makes their stadium and fanbase look and I get over it. I agree that last night, they didn’t “ring responsibly” and the refs should have stepped in, but instead our football team did…
