No they changed their mind and reversed the out call cause ole Miss argued they were trying to call timeout

No excuse for brushing the umpire, but the strike zone was shite during that at bat. Impossible to beat a very good Arizona team in a great environment and shitty umpires as well.

So I guess they pinch ran for the girl before she bumped the umpire, and she bumped him on her way to the dugout?
ETA: Or would that have been the third out and she was just returning to the dugout from third base when she bumped him?
And how in the everlasting freak did she not get tossed?

I saw the video. She did not "brush" the umpire. It was clearly intended as a shove.

The umpire called it a strike and in softball the umpire mechanic for strike is basically the same as a base umpire calling out. They fixed it back to 2 strikes and she struck out on the next pitch.

That 3rd game against Kentucky in the regular season cost Bama the regular season SEC Title.
Bama had a 4-2 lead going into the bottom of the 7th and needed 3 outs to win it. Murphy made the terrible decision to pull Fouts and let Lexi come in and finish the game.
She gave up back to back home runs to blow the game. Luckily for Bama, Fouts will be pitching all the games this weekend. Lexi has been terrible her last 5 games against good competition.
