Does this excuse also apply to 4/13

A&M is out.

Nine SEC teams remain, but I think the teams who need to sweep won’t make it through tomorrow.

None of the national seeds have lost.

Alabama absolutely destroyed. Pitched two shutouts.
No-hitter in game one vs Alabama State, Lexi Kilfoyl and Krystal Goodman combined to strike out 16 of 19 batters faced. No walks either; only an error prevented a perfect game. Final score 9-0

Game 2 vs Clemson, Montanna Fouts pitched a complete game shutout, giving up 4 hits and striking out 16 in 7 innings. Alabama won 6-0.

Game 3 will be vs Clemson, who beat Troy in the loser's bracket.

Hemphill went a combined 4-5 with 7 RBIs, including a HR against Alabama St.

Tennessee (seeded 9th) was eliminated.
Arizona State (seeded 15th) was eliminated.
Washington, Kentucky and Duke all have losses.

Looks like Jo Evans will get the Rob Childress treatment. 2022 is the final year of her contract and it has not been renewed.

The SEC seemed to be weak this year.

16 are national seeds

But top 8 are the SR hosts if they aren't eliminated

Wasn’t Tennessee in a really weak regional.

Tennessee had James Madison in their regional. JM does play in the Colonial conference but has only lost one game all year.
Not up to some big names but against an average team, like UT, JM is a threat.

the weak regional is in Athens GA. How Georgia got to host an Regional is unknown. They had lost 13 of their last 15 games. They sent two below average teams in W Kentucky and UNC Greensboro and threw in Duke.

9 of the original 12 made the regional final. Tennessee, Aggy and Auburn disappointed us.

2-0 teams that have to be beaten twice

Alabama vs. Clemson
Georgia vs. Duke
Florida vs. South Florida
Arkansas vs. Stanford
LSU vs. Southwest Louisiana
Missouri vs. Iowa State

2-1 teams that have to win two games today

Kentucky vs. Notre Dame
Mississippi State vs. Oklahoma State
Ole Miss vs. Arizona

My prediction: All six 2-0 teams advance. Kentucky has the best shot of winning two today and they are at home. State and Ole Miss would have to win two from very good teams on the road.

Its due to covid. UGA wouldn't have hosted in a normal season. NCAA picked 20 predetermined sites for covid reasons, UGA was one of them Duke was not. Also Duke doesn't allow fans for sporting events.

I know you’re old and have only about 3 marbles rolling around upstairs, but that post is a Kansas fan making reference to when the softball team beat Missouri on the referenced date.

Duke cannot keep a lead.

UFs pitcher has a crazy look that turns me on along with the sunflower in her hair.
