Leavitt from an onfield standpoint is nowhere close to the top 3 on a consistent basis IMO.
He has a drive or two per game where he looks elite, but then follows it up with two drives where he looks like Milroe.
And as far as the top 3 guys if I’m trying to win a game tomorrow maybe I go with Chambliss, but I don’t think he’s as talented as Taylor or Russell. Those two are doing video game stuff right now, but are still young enough where they’re developing week to week. If Russell figures out the RPO game the entire league is cooked.
I will say they’ve both played suspect secondaries the last couple weeks which helped to boost their stats a bit.

Look at our scoring offense under Sark:
2021: 35.2 ppg — 18th nationally
2022: 34.5 — 25th
2023: 35.8 — 15th
2024: 33.0 — 29th
2025: 30.5 — 41st
That's decent offense. Where is the offensive GENIUS part?
And consider the talent he's doing it with. Texas had 23 players drafted in the 2024 and 2025 NFL drafts alone. In 2024 they had THREE WRs drafted, Worthy, Mitchell and Whittington, plus NFL talent all over the OL/RB room.
Then there's QB development.
Quinn Ewers arrived as one of the highest-rated QB recruits ever. After three years starting for Sark, he finished his Texas career with a 148.0 passer rating and was drafted in the 7th round. His passer rating actually peaked in 2023 at 158.6 and dropped to 149.0 in 2024.
Arch Manning then took over, and in his first full season completed 61.4% with a 144.9 rating while Texas finished 41st nationally in scoring.
Again: Sark can sometimes scheme. He can recruit. He can sometimes draw up some beautiful plays.
But when you're consistently stocked with NFL players and five-star QBs, finishing 15th, 25th, 29th, 41st, etc. in scoring offense isn't evidence of some generational offensive mastermind.
At some point the production has to match the reputation. We all know it never will.
Well, everyone but Longhorn fans, evidently.

Wow you've really done your homework to prove Sark is not an offensive genius to people who don't think he's an offensive genius. Congratulations. But there's more to being a head coach, like building a program and assembling talent, making the right hires (Muschamp). Maybe some day Sark will do what Ryan Day did and hand over the headset. But he's still a damned good coach overall.
But of course you'll never STFU about him and act like you know more than the rest of us, even in game threads. Then when reality proves you wrong, again, you delete your game thread posts like the coward you are.
TLDR; You suck
