The Big10 has essentially forced Ohio State to play all of their games at noon and they still aren’t winning the ratings battle. lol. Lmao even.

Is this all of the games?
I have a hard time believing less than 22k people watched Missouri-Oklahoma. Seems like there were a couple other games missing, too.

Wow.

Oregon, the #1 team at home, in prime-time vs Maryland (from DMV area of 6.3 million) could not out draw Nevada-Boise St.

Imagine going back to July and telling the NBC executives your prime FAU-ND matchup is going to get tripled up by 2 SEC games and doubled up by a third.

I know the payout is less, but ABC has done an excellent job putting the best games in the primetime slot. They've crushed the programming this year.

The big 10 addition of Maryland/rutgers may be the worst expansion move of all time.

A larger population base perhaps. More eyes on the prize due to all those big city markets in the area.

Please explain to me why the Big 10 gets more tv revenue than the SEC.

And how hard are CBS, Fox and NBC taking it up the arse giving them that contract?

Watching Big Ten football is like watching paint dry.

It makes you wonder if there is an out clause. Regarding what CBS is paying for 3rd tier rights, and the value they're getting back in viewership, it has to be a losing proposition in advertising sales.

That said, I do not want CBS back. Theme song, sure, but I like our new dad better.

The only teams worth watching in the B10 right now are Oregon, PSU, and OSU, and they are done playing each other. So even games with those teams involved suck, as do sucky teams playing all the other sucky teams. There isn’t enough content to give CBS, Fox, and NBC one good game a week, not to mention 3. USC, Washington, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska all sucking has been a death blow to the ratings.

You can just about tune in to ABC at noon and leave it there for the best 3 games each week.

like St. Aug vs Higgins

Suspect- 407,000 people watched Rice play Memphis? Was this a basketball game?

I live and work near the University of Memphis. I haven’t heard a single person mention the football tigers this week or hardly at all this year. They barely cover them on Sports Talk radio. It’s like they don’t exist.
