Eh, this was a huge momentum swing and I'd definitely argue it cost State the game.
That'd be like me arguing that because it happened early Benny Snell getting ejected against Northwestern in the MCB had no effect on the game. We both know otherwise.

It's funny that the SEC is mad that Memphis didn't get screwed by an SEC official wrongly stopping a play.
