Quite nice of them to issue a statement.

I’m no State fan…but having my team “Curled” more than once I know how it feels.

Isn’t it time for this clown to be retired by the league?

No reason for replays either.

Waiting on their explanation for spotting LSU on the wrong 45 yd line...AFTER a review (the call WAS obvious, and overturned).

What they are saying is they screwed up without saying they screwed up.

1- He waved the play dead BEFORE the receiving team picked it up...

2- Notice the photo on the guy downing the ball...

3- Notice they do say it should have been returned to the spot.

4- But we didn't do anything wrong.

Does anyone else see the internal contradiction in that statement? It wasn’t possessed, followed by signal was given immediately after possession.

I’ve never seen them issue an apology for screwing State. Cohen must have been “real mad”

Mullen would have had to be restrained. Leach just looked up in the sky with his mouth wide open.

So, they screwed up 3 times on one play. Yikes!

So, Miss. State should have won the game, right? If so, this is a case where they should reverse the outcome of the game, but it won't happen. Great scott.

Where was Leach during this?

On the sidelines doing nothing. I didn’t see him protesting, asking for a review, or calling a timeout.

And it resulted in 1 team losing...

Curles should be fired!

Leach probably: “you know you win some, you lose some. Sometimes calls go your way and others they don’t. Reminds me of these beavers that were damming up a creek on my land …”

This was definitely a situation where the officiating determined the winner. They picked up a downed ball late in the game and scored a 95 yard touchdown in a game that was ultimately won by 2.
